As an author, I realize that the best way to bring awareness of my books is to get them in the hands of my readers.  The best way I have found to do that is through tradeshows, market days, arts and craft events, church bazaars, book fairs, and just about any place that will let me setup a table and sell my books. This is not only a ton of fun; having the opportunity to discuss my writing with others, see the excited faces of my readers as they ‘meet the author’ but I also get to makes dozens of sales every single weekend.
